SYNTHETIC ELASTOMERS


 

CR - EP - SBR BLEND

A general purpose material satisfying medium density requirements

Self Ext. CR-EP-SBR

Self extinguishing, meets general purpose specifications including UL-94HF1

EPDM

Good for outdoor applications, resist weathering and aging

Neoprene (CR)

Good flame resistance, weathers well, all purpose elastomer

Nitrile (Buna-n)
Resists abrasion, temperature range is narrow
Silicone Excellent heat+sever weather resistance, wide temps range, longer service life

 

FOAM BASED MATERIAL (OPEN & CLOSED CELLS)

   

Polyurethane

Open cell, flexible, good recovery, insulates against dust and sound

Vinyl

A PVC based closed cell material with low compression characteristics

Polyethylene

White/black material, smooth skin, low water absorption

Silicone

White/Grey/Charcoal, smooth skin top and bottom, low outgassing
