It's said that "Time is Money" And if you are willing to spend a little time with us, you may be able to save a lot of both!

At Chicago Wilcox, as part of a continuing effort to serve our customers better and become a total supplier, we've developed a unique program designed to reduce your costs and put more money where you want it -- on The Bottom Line!

Implementation

The Needs Analysis begins with an inventory of usage patterns, interviews with key personnel, a review of past practices and reasoning and a description of the type and amount of parts purchased.

An Audit process then utilizes worksheets to study various areas covering materials, engineering, manufacturing, quality, paper flow/accounting and storage and handling.

An Evaluation period provides time to analyze the findings, looking for areas of cost-savings, development of standards, zero defect design, etc.

A Presentation of the cost saving analysis will be made offering suggestions for improved quality, lower overall costs, increased profits, improved productivity and lower effort.
