The Needs Analysis begins with an inventory of usage patterns, interviews with key personnel, a review of past practices and reasoning and a description of the type and amount of parts purchased. |

An Audit process then utilizes worksheets to study various areas covering materials, engineering, manufacturing, quality, paper flow/accounting and storage and handling. |

An Evaluation period provides time to analyze the findings, looking for areas of cost-savings, development of standards, zero defect design, etc. |

A Presentation of the cost saving analysis will be
made offering suggestions for improved quality, lower overall costs, increased profits,
improved productivity and lower effort. |
